Prepare the input

Export one complete email message in EML format. Open it here and inspect the attachment list. The exported message needs the attachment itself, rather than a link to a cloud file.

What to check in the output

Use the inventory email sample to see which attachment and rows will be exported, then open the CSV to check the column names and first record.

This workflow reads a saved message. It does not sign into a mailbox, monitor new mail, follow external file links or update a live spreadsheet.
