Convert Shopify orders to a supplier CSV
Map a Shopify order export to your supplier’s column layout and review the result before sending it.
Prepare the input
Start with the store order export and the supplier’s template. Match the order reference and SKU first; then map the delivery fields that your supplier actually requires.
What to check in the output
Take a single order with two line items. Check both SKUs, quantities and shipping details in the export. Keep postal codes as text if the destination accepts leading zeros.
Before using the result
Generating the export does not transmit orders to a supplier. Confirm the headers and date convention against the supplier’s current template.
