Match carrier tracking numbers to store orders

Join carrier shipment rows to a store order export by order reference and review shipments with no match.

Prepare the input

Use the carrier report and store export for the same shipment window. Map the order references on each side and the carrier tracking number.

What to check in the output

The built-in shipment report includes orders 1042, 1043 and 1048. Only the first two appear in the store sample. Review the unmatched shipment before sending a notification.

Before using the result

Matching a reference is not proof of delivery. The report does not contact a carrier or change the fulfillment status of an order.
