Using Edit PDF
Add text, outline a rectangle or highlight an area on selected PDF pages. Position the new mark relative to the visible page.
Worked example
To review a packing slip, outline the disputed quantity or add a short note beside the row. The box starts at a percentage of the visible width and height, measured from the upper-left corner.
Can I replace or permanently cover existing words?
This editor draws on the page. A highlight or rectangle leaves the original text underneath. Use Redact PDF to remove it, or convert selectable text to Word when a paragraph needs rewriting.
