Worked example
For a scanned delivery slip, pick the language used in the scan, run OCR, then search the result for a known supplier name. Check a similar-looking pair such as 0 and O before copying an order number.
Will OCR keep form fields or guarantee accurate numbers?
It recognizes a raster copy of each page. Forms, signatures and links are not kept; recognition errors are possible. Use up to 30 pages per run. Language support depends on the installed recognition data.
