Worked example
To label an internal review copy, enter the reviewer’s name, choose the final page and place the name near its approval line. Zoom in on the result to see whether the name covers existing text.
Is the typed name a verified digital signature?
No. This adds a visible name only. It does not verify identity, issue a certificate, record consent or send a signing request. A workflow requiring certificate verification needs a different signing process.
